  1. This is such a great blog! I love reading about your experience. I am an adoptee and know my birth mother would love to read this. Thank you for your perspective and blessing for writing this!

  2. Kelly,
You’ve written your story right from my heart, and the hearts of all birthmoms in reunion! My son is grown but my heart still holds on to him as an infant. He believes he found the missing part of his life when I contacted him but he is the missing piece in this puzzle of life in the adoption maze. When I see pictures of him growing up, my mind puts those pics in motion and I see him almost in real life…playing ball, fishing, birthday parties, just being a kid. My heart is full but my mind wonders about all that we have missed out on. Thank God for bringing us together and for you helping me process some of our two year reunion anniversary! 💙❤️

  3. Even when no one around you may understand your hurts, there are other mothers somewhere who do. I’m so thankful to have found a few through FB to be able to share our stories and encourage each other. As much as we need that we also can help each other see that our Heavenly Father, who knows every hurt and saves every tear, has promised that our pain is never in vain. He is faithful to keep those promises and we can fully trust in His love for us.
